Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Ekilibrium Technologies ("Consultant", "We", "Us") to you ("Client", "You"). By engaging with our services, scheduling a strategy call, or initiating a project, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

We offer digital consulting services including (but not limited to):

• Business automation setup (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.)
• AI content systems (ChatGPT, KDP, etc.)
• Funnel development and email marketing setup
• Voice/chatbot automation (Voiceflow, RingCentral)
• Digital strategy and marketing consulting
• Monthly retainers and one-time audits

A detailed scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before project commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to platforms, tools, or assets needed to complete the project
• Communicate promptly and clearly regarding feedback or approvals
• Secure any third-party subscriptions or tools not bundled into the Consultant's offering (unless otherwise agreed)

4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Fees are set per project, package, or monthly retainer and will be communicated in writing.
• A 50% deposit may be required to initiate work. Final payment is due upon completion or as agreed.
• Ongoing retainers are invoiced monthly, due upon receipt.
• Late payments may result in a pause of services or additional fees.
• Tool/platform costs (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, Calendly, etc.) are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Support

• Projects include a limited number of revisions (typically 2 rounds unless otherwise stated).
• Minor changes beyond scope may incur additional fees.
• Support is provided during standard business hours unless otherwise arranged.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, systems, and content created by Ekilibrium Technologies for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to showcase non-sensitive project work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing. If a project is canceled after it has begun, a partial refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on work completed.
• Retainer agreements may be canceled with 14 days' written notice.
• No refunds will be issued for completed work or after project delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of tools, platforms, or strategies implemented.
• Results may vary depending on your business model, traffic, or tool usage.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and agree not to share or disclose any confidential data provided during our engagement without your written consent.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United State of America.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
